Foundations are designed and inspected by a professional engineering firm.

Structure - For multi-story homes and large spans, framing is designed by professionals calculating loads and stresses.  We use the latest "engineered" wood products to provide structural integrity.

Climate Control - Indoor comfort is enhanced through a mix of air and moisture infiltration control products.  All homes are well insulated by using insulated doors and windows and insulation packages specifically designed for the Central Texas climate.  Tyvek House Wrap provides moisture and air control.  Air conditioning and heating packages are designed and installed by professional HVAC companies using state-of-the-art components to ensure maximum comfort with minimal environmental impact.
