Mesa Remodel – Wimberley
This was a 70’s passive solar home built high on a Wimberley hilltop. Extensive renovation on both the interior and exterior transformed this faded, tired home to showcase condition.
On the exterior, new decks, cedar porch enclosure and new cedar trim and wall shingles transformed the facade.
The kitchen and breakfast area was enlarged and a detached garage/workshop were added. Most of the floors were replaced or refinished; all the interior doors and trim were replaced with beautiful, stained fir doors and pine moldings.
Two-toned cabinets of natural and stained cherry were installed with granite counters and Jenn-Air appliances New light fixtures and plumbing fixtures completed the renovation.
The air conditioning, electrical and plumbing were upgraded as needed.
This home has kept its eclectic look and feel with the choice of natural stone products and rough cedar accents.

Stone Oak Addition – San Antonio
The owners of an executive home in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio wanted a detached guest room with a 3 car garage added to the back yard. In addition, a pool, spa and outdoor kitchen completed the back yard transformation.
Barton Creek – Austin
A guest house for “mom” was built off the pool deck of this home in Barton Creek, Austin. Beneath the home, we dug into the hillside and added a 3 car garage with workshop and storage areas.
Observatory – Driftwood
Ten years after we completed their custom home in Driftwood, the owners had us return to build an observatory on the property. A large, detached office was built and the dome was erected on the flat roof of the office. Accessed via a custom-built ladder and roof door, the motorized dome opens at the touch of a button.
